I was sent an email from you
I was sent an email from you, letting me know the product would arrive on June 24th. I scheduled an electronician based on this information. However, the product arrived 7 weeks later. I reached out on June 25th to inquire, I was informed the email was sent by mistake, but it was too late for me to change the electronician. I had to purchase another product from another merchant. Then I asked to be refunded I was told I could only be refunded 15%. Now I have a fan, I cannot use.
