Hi I had purchased 69.9 $ for one year and had recovered 31.69 gb from documents but after recovering none of them is opening not even a single file. I had recovered them into my pen drive. Why is it so. Kindly provide a solution. They are very important. and after that new files were added to the document so not able re recover . kindly give a solution to this.
