Expensive, Painful, Incompetent
Expensive. We have been paying for services not required for years. The service when required, has been hopeless. The frontline staff have no expertise and are unable to solve problems. You are unable to speak to anyone with any expertise. This means that issues are not understood, not solved correctly and you will have to contact, re-contact and re-contact them until the problems are solved. Just so painful to deal with. do yourself a favour and stay away.
