Came broken, still no resolution
Initially, everything was perfect, shipping was fast but unfortunately the glass was broken, I emailed right away and it has been a disaster since. They said they sent replacement but didn’t, I asked for a refund but then said they sent the replacement again and gave tracking this time, tracking isn’t valid or doesn’t show up at all. I don’t think I’ll get a refund or replacement at this point. Not worth the hassle. It’s hard to say if the glass broke before or during shipping, the protective case it comes in isn’t great. A lot of room to bang around, which wouldn’t be great while carrying in your pack, while backpacking.
