The picture of the product I ordered…
The picture of the product I ordered was not the actual product…the picture on website is 84 x 84 but it is a stock picture you are using for a spa cover 70x84..this led to an incorrect order realized upon delivery…when I contacted customer service your rep Nick only cared about defending your policy on no refunds or returns and could care less about WHY it was ordered wrong and only cared about defending your website that is not correct and misleading…but what can I do ??? The color was not even close to what was represented on your website …again when I sent a picture I was told that is the color …at that time I realized I am wasting my time with this and just ordered a new cover and spent another $700…if you want to do the right thing then correct your website and refund my first purchase of $700
