Order WBHRUS7728. I ordered a burgundy dress with white sequins. I received a red dress with red sequins. The design on the dress is different then what's advertised. I wish I was able to submit photos. I will be submitting the photos to paypals when I file a complaint and I expect a full refund and for you to pay for shipping this back. This is false advertising of your product. The color of the dress, the color of the sequins and the design on the dress.
WBHRUS7728 is my order #. I clicked on your tracking you provide and they ask for a way bill # which you don't provide. I did not ask for tailoring of my dress. I have yet to get a response from you and I have sent numerous emails to your customer support email you provide. I have heard nothing and feel discouraged that you seem to immediately reply to these reviews. Try communicating with the customer and you wouldn't get these negative reviews. I have listed my order # above and would like my shipping status or waybill# so I can see the status. It's disgusting that you are not more prepared for these orders when you sell prom dresses during prom season. My order occurred March 12th. I received my dress today and it was not what was in the picture you advertised. Perhaps my receipt I was to expect a burgundy dress . Per the picture as you advertised it was to have white sequins. I received a cheap looking very red dress with red sequins. The design on your advertisement is not the design on the dress you sent me. I have submitted a complaint to paypals with pictures of your advertisement and the dress I received. I expect full refund, for you the seller to pay for shipping. This is false advertisement of your product. It's disgusting how you are taking advantage of the seller on a product they are buying for such a special occasion.
