The worst home warranty. They charge plenty but when you call for service and leave a message no one call you back even when you say that I will cancel the plan they still not call you back..They keep charging and taking payment from automated payment and when you complain and ask for refund they inform you that I didn’t request it in writing that is why. WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NO BODY SHOULD SIGN UP WITH THEM.
