Complete scam
Complete scam. I downloaded recoverit and it scanned my documents, it showed it could recover almost all my missing files. I happily paid for the subscription so I could get my files back, that included family photos. However, the moment I paid, suddenly the amount of data recovery it located was less than a quarter of what it said at first. I tried to contact to get a refund, as I obviously would not pay over 100 Australian dollars for a little more than 600mb of data (most of which was corrupted anyway) and they completely blew me off, ignored my messages, and deleted my support requests. I am now escalating to paypal to get a refund. Total scam, use a different company. UPDATE: I am still in back and forth. No answers, no refund, no help. They say in their response they'll refund if it cannot be fixed in 7 days. It has been 7 days and no refund.
