ORDER: it_mi_230303040128_362 I bought what should be my wedding dress. A very important purchase and expensive. The dress arrived and it’s NOT what they show on the pictures. The fabric is of low quality, it looks like a curtain, nothing like the photos released. I requested the return and refund 4 days ago and I still haven't received a response. I don't recommend it! You have to pay a "fee" to try it - and I didn't even have to try on the dress to see that it wasn't what they disclosed. And also pay for the transportation to return it. What kind of store charges for you to return a purchase? Bad experience. I'm very disappointed.
