Returns don’t seem to be easy
WBHRUS8297 is my order number. We really like the dress and did receive it in a decent time table. Unfortunately, we need to return it since it is too big around the waist. I’ve emailed the support email several times but haven’t received return instructions. I am within the time frame and hope that the company isn’t stalling on purpose. A better return procedure could help out this company tremendously./
