I had a tv I could not get to connect, new tv. I called, the girl tried multiple things then told me I needed to move the tv to a faster network. After giving up for the night, I called back today & got a guy. I had him earlier to. Brandon?? He was great. We tried multiple things, but he knew what he was doing and it was working when we finished. I give the whole even 4, but I’d give him specifically a 5.
