Take your money and ship nothing
EDIT: The company did refund my original order after I asked. That order was never shipped. They contacted me recently and offered me a $20 gift card to order again. This time the order came quickly. Hopefully this means the "operational challenges" they were experiencing are resolved. I placed an order on March 11; it's been a month and I never received it or any shipping info. I reached out to customer service several times and was promised that it would be shipped out within a few days but it never was. They also promised a discount code for future orders and I never received that either. I asked for my order to be refunded, let's see if I actually get my money back.
