They are living in 18 century
They are living in 18 century. Digi Hungary (mobile service) Contacted them several times due to technical issues. Everytime selected “english speaking operator” then CS agent picks up the phone , asks contract number, name, surname, date of birth, mothers name and cannot make a reference to mobile phone ?!?? then…says that he/she does not speak English, promise that somebody will contact within 24h and of course nobody calls back. Then I wrote email but they cannot find any records in their CRM. Cannot be even worse.
