I had several purchases done. The first 2 were OK. The third par arrived defective. I contacted customer service. Got "your message was received" and nothing... Did it 3 times. It seems like they don't have customer service. It is only a Boot. 5/31/23 after two months the company did consent to redo the glasses and they arrived OK. It shouldn't have been such an ordeal.
