Above and beyond customer service
The service that shinjiru offers is nothing short of amazing, had a site issue after successful migration, they managed to go above and beyond to help fix the problem. Was most likely outside the scope of their service, yet still escalated the ticket and had the problem resolved sharpish, this issue was no fault of shinjiru, this has to be said, it was with a compatability issueon my side, yet they still went out there way and fixed, can't recommend enough 😁 now Enjoying the VPS service they offer. Great hosting options available here 😁
