Premium price, terrible non-stick performance and a disappointing warranty response
I bought my HexClad cookware in November 2025. Less than a year later, eggs and meat stick badly to the frying pans. I’ve followed HexClad’s instructions repeatedly: cleaned them thoroughly, seasoned them, used oil and cooked on low-to-medium heat. I’ve re-seasoned them 5–6 times. Nothing fixes the problem. I contacted HexClad under warranty, and they said the photos showed “sticking and cooked-on residue,” and that sticking is typically a “care/performance” issue. Of course there’s cooked-on residue — THE FOOD IS STICKING. That’s exactly the problem! Their solution? Season the pans again... the exact thing I’d already told them I’d done multiple times. For cookware at this price, I expected far better performance and customer service. I genuinely feel I wasted my money. Would I buy HexClad again? NO. Would I recommend it? ABSOLUTELY NOT. If you’re considering HexClad for its non-stick performance, do your research before spending your money.
