I wouldn't recommend them
I wouldn't recommend them. I purchased one of their courses which was on sale, it included a 7 day free subscription which I was sure to cancel the same day I signed up. Turns out they didn't process my deactivation because when you cancel it, you must also get an email from them to confirm. They ended up charging me anyway for the subscription. There is nowhere during the cancellation process where it says you must receive an email to confirm. It's misleading because as you go through the numerous steps to cancel via their website and eventually get told you've successfully canceled, your subscription isn't really cancelled anyway. The info that you must receive an email to cancel is buried in their help/faq section. It left a really poor taste in my mouth especially after I reached out to them to query why I was being charged when I had already cancelled. They threw up their hands unable to help because the info is on the website. Horrible customer service. Incredibly poor funnel for cancelling subscriptions with important info left out (almost intentionally) to lock people into the subscription.
