40 days of waiting — no phone and no response
ordered a $1800 phone on oct 1. today is november 10 and the status is still “unfulfilled”. contacted the support 2 times — silence and no money back. avoid, avoid, avoid!!! upd nov 28: after posting this review got an email from the company, they are willing to refund in 7-14 days. waiting and will update accordingly upd nov 30: got the refund
