Having previously purchased ’mini’ power consumption miners from 2 other reputable and well-known miner vendors.. I felt duly inclined and very necessary to detail my purchasing experience thus far with the vendor Xonmining, as I was looking for a new and unblemished IPollo Mini miner. Xonmining, also a verified vendor and reseller of miners, did nothing less than meet and exceed my expectations with regard to their ‘customer-first’ mindset, and in my particular case, being assigned to a Ms. Connie Yao, who coordinated my order from start to shipment with superior professionalism and lightning quick response times for every question I had without any confusion. It is obvious that she is very well-versed, experienced and educated on the specifics and technical details of the impressively large inventory of brand-name ASIC miners that I discovered when exploring Xonmining’s website at length. Working with Connie on my order and having sent her a significant number of texts, even into the evening hours despite the (I can imagine exhausting!) 12-hour time difference. Furthermore, she specifically and routinely provide detailed responses and updates regarding my order. In earnest, it felt very much like a five-star and personalized concierge service when buying the miner from Xonmining. I could detect that she is passionate about her job, and those consumers that she works with on a around-the-clock basis. Truly service with a smile from start to finish.. and was an addition defining point Xonmining, as the customer service provided by their employees was in my experience both exceptional and educational. Connie Yao provided me her direct contact information specifically, ‘just in case’ I had any additional questions or concerns regarding ASIC miners, setup recommendations, or purchasing going forward.. whether or not it was business done through her company or another vender. When I compare my Xonmining experience with the two other well-known and global vendors I had made previous purchase through, let me simply state that those two ‘name brand’ miner venders paled in comparison to the service and satisfaction that I had with Xonmining in every comparable business category. I will refrain from naming the two previous certified vendors I had worked with, as I am not here to speak poorly of their customer service or business practices, but instead focus on and let it be known how impressed I was with Xonmining.. renewing my faith in the ‘vender-customer’ relationship and without any doubt will be purchasing from them if in the future if and when I decide to expand my modest ‘mining cave’ with upcoming mining hardware. To those ASIC enthusiast who have not had direct experience with purchasing from Xonmining, I would tell them to go directly to Xonmining and speak with their staff directly, especially if you prefer to be treated to individualized concierge-like care and respect, regardless if it is your first ASIC miner purchase and you simply want honest insight, feedback and recommendations.. or instead wanted individualized logistics to outfit and supply your massive farm with brand new and brand name only miner fleet/farm. To every individual I spoke with over this past week and via multiple methods of reliable communication, that during each interaction the level of positive impression instantly detected with Connie Yao and colleagues certainly ‘raised the bar’ to the highest standard that I’ve ever experienced during our interactions, their educational information, Grade AAA services, homesty, and professionalism.. such that their business practices should be the higher standard, such that other verified miner vendors be mindful and pay closer attention, using Xonmining’s practices as their own personal company goals. Keep up the great work Connie, and also to your colleagues who exhibited equal passion and professionalism for the ASIC mining community.
