Customer Support needs improvement
Customer Support is almost non existent. It takes a day or two before you get a response. And you always have to send them photos of what the printer is doing so they can then supposedly assist you. I have had issues twice with my Neptune 4 Max and neither time did they help me. I had to YouTube the problem I was having in order for me to fix the problem. They have great products. I love my Neptune 4 Max and it was very reasonably priced. Not to mention that they are the cheapest if your looking to purchase filament in bulk.
