Do not expect Alibaba to help you at all if you get scammed! I had all of the proof, including all messages and pictures and they still denied my claim, so I disputed it and still no! I was told that the Chinese will always back the Chinese! I will never order anything through Alibaba again! Be very careful because they are nicer and slicker than you know!!
