HOP2 is the bad agency in the world
The bad agency in the world. It was tge first and the last experience with them. I lost 6000 $ in my last trip, they left me in the country that I traveled, the company " British airways" canceled the flight and this agency stolen all my money, and I reserved by air france for 5000 $ dollar to comeback to the USA. Don't believe them, they scam. If there is 0 stars I give 0 star. HOP2 is the worst agency, they scam, don't believe them, you'll lose your money. You can read their response in the reviews, I told you dears costumers, don't buy from them, they took out their responsibility, I contacted British airlines and they told me that I don't buy the tickets from them, and I have to contact straight the one that I've bought a tickets (HOP2). I lost more 5000 $ and I almost loose my son because them, just an advise, don't use tge hop2 to buy a tickets. They scam, they are not professional, and there is no where you can claim to get a refund. I don't know how an agency like this one works at the USA. Very very very .... bad agency.
