Unlimited is a lie
I have bought some esim before from other companies but this is the worst. I bought one week unlimited plan from Yoho. So many problems from the start. First, it’s not instant. At 11pm, I bought it for the following day which I thought it would start at midnight but I couldn’t even activate it and contacted customer service. According to them, it could take some hours. I did eventually activate it in the morning, the speed was 32 mbps, not fast but okay for unlimited and then by 2pm, I got a warning message that I used up 80% of data, then by 4pm on the same day, probably after using 4 or 5GB, my unlimited data has maxed out. Now the speed is 30 kbps, it’s practically useless. Their unlimited plans are fake, and no information on reduced speed. What I bought was basically 5GB data plan ?! Daily or one week. Then eventhimh becomes useless. If I knew, I would have bought another one which honestly provide unlimited or bought it directly from T-Mobile which would make it cheaper so zero star!
