The Riverbend people were very persistent
The Riverbend people were very persistent in the face of Amazon intransigence. It took almost a dozen appeal letters to get the situation reversed. I gave up early on, but they (Riverbend) persisted and we finally won, as a team. The contacts I worked with were very professional. Well worth the fee.
