An absolute rubbish platform. The owners can cancel the car even minutes before the pickup time. No penalty for the owners and hence the ad-hoc behaviour of the owners continue unchecked. I received a cancellation, after the initial booking having been confirmed, on 7 out of 10 occasions. Reliability is zilch. Can't plan anything based on the confirmed bookings.
Drivelah is one of the most unreliable platform i have come across. I have submitted umpteen number of booking requests. Half the time, the owners decline the request after sitting on it for days. There have been instances where the accepted requests have been cancelled at the last minute, completely messing up the related plans. The platform seems to have no controls in place to punish bad behaviour from car owners. I am deleting the app from my mobile. Use the service at your own risk and only if you don't mind spoilt plans...
