It works! And so does their support team!
I really need to get some family movies off of DVD and into an MP4 format before it's too late. Searched, researched, and found MacXdvd. Once downloaded I set about doing my first conversion and it simply did not work... I sent a note in to MacX and had a quick reply with two suggestions... Voila! The App worked perfectly and quickly and I'm very satisfied both with the product and the customer service.
