Kind and very competent staff
The staff are very kind, respectful and extremely knowledgeable of services offered. I am a senior and not very knowledgeable of terms used and what's available to me. They explained everything to me until I understood. I know I made the right decision to move forward with Makwa for this loan and I plan to stay with them.
