I have had to return a ring I purchased through them three times. The first two times, they were great. This time, I wanted to exchange the ring for a similar style, so I didn't have to do the return process again. The problem was with the craftsmanship of the ring and the placement of the prongs. They weren't in the ideal place for the stone to stay secure. When I requested to exchange the ring for a different style, I was informed I would have to pay the $70 difference. Mind you, I paid $600 for my wife's wedding set as it was. Regardless of the how many times I've been through this with them, or how much my wife was afraid to wear the ring due to losing the stone, I still had to pay a difference. That's great wonderful service. Don't purchase the raw stone jewelry. Their craftsmanship needs work.
