I booked a bus from ujjain to Delhi in Ashok Travels through Red Bus. The seat they provided was so small. I was not even able to sit properly because of lower roof nor I could sleep because the seat was too short. They didnt provide me the curtain so I had to face all the light coming from outside. They even did not give me the blanket that others had. It was an inhumane treatment. It was 15 hour journey. And in 5 hours I called them three times and even after that I kept on calling them. I was feeling claustrophobic,suffocated like somebody has packed me in a box . The customer service is so poor...they havenot compensated me yet. #boycottredbus #worstserviceeverredbus
