Do not buy from this company. I purchased the in ear hearing aids with the upgraded blutooth function. The hearing aid was too big for my ear canal and all I got was feedback from the hearing aids. They could not be adjusted to my needs. I reached out to customer service. First, I called three time and was on the line for well over an hour each time. Two of those times my call was disconnected and one I was forced to leave a message. I have a strand of emails that date back to June promising to send me the behind the ear hearing aids to try and still have not received anything. They promise a no questions asked return policy, but that is not the case. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
