Worst customer support
Worst customer support. After you buy they will not do anything about warranty. There functions are not working properly for eg, PAL is solar 1st and when solar isn't enough for the balance grid will power but it don't work. When ask about it they will ask for video and once sent they will give some nonsense of changing to another parameter n when it fails would again ask for video and just go around. When you give max amps to pull from battery if you go over it don't go grid and if battery bms cut off then inverter gives error and don't change to grid. Can't change parameters from computer. Since one of my inverters stop working and under warranty and I told them since then they ignore all my messages.
