This is the type of company that tells you what they think you want to hear. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were unable or unwilling to follow through with any of the promises they made. We ended up having to find someone else to complete our assembly. The gazebo sat in our driveway for over 5 weeks while we waited for GoConfigure to get their act together. We were able to get our assembly money back from Sam’s club with no hassle at all. They called GoCofigure to ask why they had been unable to complete the assembly and Sam’s agreed the that their excuses were unsatisfactory. I wish we had been more proactive in checking this company prior to signing up for assembly. Live and learn, I guess. My advice-NEVER do business with GoConfigure.
