It's a nice cover and came within a couple of days. The issue is when someone says waterproof ,that means no water will penetrate the cover. Granted we had a very heavy down pour when I removed the cover there was a small amount of water under the cover. But it did its job with keeping the water out of the sunroof drains which are clogged and flood the Lincon nautilus. So I gave it 3 stars. Probably should be a 4 star.
