Unauthorized charges, cross border fees
No problem with ordering from the website. Problem started when my bank charged me a cross border fee for the transaction. If Ruko had initiated the original charge in US$;this wouldn't have happened. Expect an additional unauthorized charge to your account when you buy from their website.
