I placed an order from Switzerland for a projector and a screen. Before the goods were dispatched, Vividstormscreen informed me by email that customs duties amounted to 20%. I then asked to cancel the order and receive a refund. Vividstormscreen had no problem with this and immediately refunded my purchase without charging any cancellation fees.
