Buy another brand.
Bought a powerstation online through their website. The power bank failed after a week, after numerous emails with a terrible slow response they arranged a courier to collect the powerbank. The courier couldn't take the package as there wasn't a label for it, so numerous emails again to ask for the postage label I've now binned the pbank as I've got no response from ecoflow. Think twice before you buy from this company, if your item fails you'll be awaiting weeks for a response and if you get a response you'll be going round in circles with them. 2 weeks later, still no response from them! BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
