The worst company
The worst company. I ordered a MOD replacement on 5/2/23 with a 3-5 day shipping and on 5/17/23 my order hasn’t even been fulfilled in the warehouse to be shipped. I’ve emailed 3 times no answer then I chatted with DJ and asked for a refund he said wait for confirmation then disconnected the chat. Then when I rated the chat WORST he reopened to say sales would follow up but never processed my refund. I hope no one buys from this company cause the equipment is crappy and the service is also
