Hobibear did not accept a return request for shoes that were too big, they told me to instead keep the shoes and give them to a friend or sell them and that they would give me store credit at 15% of the price of the shoes i had bought. They never provided me with a returns form or return address and explained shipping costs were expensive so recommended I keep them. I contested this and also raised a dispute through Klarna but got nowhere and ended up being £100 out of pocket. The website said .co.uk so hadn't realised they were based in China, I should have done my research. The two par of shoes I ordered were also uncomfortable not just due to sizing issues but the inside of the shoes were very poor quality and would not have been nice to wear
