You will not get your money back!
On their website, they said payment is at the following month but that is misleading. They actually asked for advance payment. They said if no advance payment, they could not secure the tutor slots for our child. We had few tutors with them. Most of the time, their invoice amounts were wrong and we had to spend time to correct them. When their tutors for my child all left, we wanted to ask for refund of the advance payment. After few months, we have not received the refund of few hundred dollars. The founder contacted me saying they would pay but after that, MIA. It is very disappointing and annoying that they kept breaking their promises. Do not sign up with them!
