I bought two pairs
I bought two pairs. The beige pair I love and find them very comfortable. The second pair in black, when I put the first shoe on, the metal ball that holds the lace fell off. I told the company and there response was to tie a knot to pit it back on. The only problem was that the lace was frayed and too short to tie a knot. I will never buy from them again if this is how they treat their customers.
