Still waiting on what I paid for
Still waiting on what I paid for. Emailed them TWICE and received a response (probably AI generated) telling me that I will receive a shipping notification when my order ships. That’s it?! I’ve told them to either ship my order or refund me what I paid. They have done neither. Do NOT trust this company. I will have to get my credit card company involved I guess, and file a claim or complaint. This is beyond ridiculous! BUT, I’ve received a bunch of emails from them asking for me to promote their product. An unsettling amount of emails about THAT, but not about my order. Never again!!! And don’t ask someone to promote a product that you can’t even manage to send them after they paid you hundreds of dollars! At this point I just want my money refunded and I’ll go elsewhere.
