This was the order from last week
This was the order from last week . I put in a ticket - they were looking into it. I never heard anything back. I never received an offer of a credit or anything that order that I put a ticket in was completely wrinkled and the clothes were inside out. They did not even turn them right side out. I’m not sure what I paid for that week service, but it was completely unacceptable. I would expect to hear something from happiness on what they found out or on my question if it went to a different processor, but I have heard nothing except request for satisfaction surveys.
