The kindness and hard work of my contact (Sunshine Liao), her perfomance and attention to every step of the way. She was always one step ahead of me, as I was about to aske for come information she had already looked for it and sent it. All the collaborative work, the communication and always with kindness and support to make it happen made it so easy and pleasant to do. Felt like I was working with a friend of many time before.
