Run away from this company and this…
Run away from this company and this product that does not work at all. Do not buy this software. The company claims that it is able to repair corrupt Word files. To test the file, you need to purchase the software. By purchasing it, I attempted to repair my corrupt Word file. On opening the “repaired” version by Wondershare Recoverit software, the file had the same problem. So I send the corrupted file to a product support related mailbox. No response from them for several days. I then request a refund. I am answered: Sorry for this inconvenience. We offer 7 days money back guarantee, if there is any technical problem of the software that cannot be solved. We need to collect technical issue data (the files requested above) to submit a refund request. If you think you can fix corrupted files with this application, you are sure to be wasting both your time and your money.
