If I could rate this remittance company a zero, I would. I sent money to the Philippines for over P50K and I was told to give their bank partner 15 hrs to process the request. What they did in the Philippines, their contact made a check deposit in a Manila branch, as in physical check. Hence the funds were held for 4 working days because it’s an inter-regional transfer. The recipient’s account is not domiciled in Manila. What a nightmare! This is the only remittance company that pays the recipient a physical check for deposit for 4 days, and not an electronic transfer to the account. Spare yourself from stress and dealing with an incompetent company.
