DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!!! Ordered a dress for my daughter around 2/26/23. Received the dress a couple weeks later and it did not fit. Contacted them immediately that we needed to return the item. Communication with customer service was awful. It took almost a week to finally get the information needed to return the item. Shipped the item back around around 3/20/23. Kept checking my bank account and no return. On 5/2/23 I emailed them asking for a status update on my return. Emailed back and forth and finally on 5/16/23 received an email stating “Dear customers, Sorry for the late reply. We have canceled your order and issued you a refund. Please note that for refunds, according to the regulations of the payment platform, we can only refund the refund to the original card/account you paid for the order within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank processing. Thank you for your understanding. homrain” It is now 5/31/23 and still no refund issued. Avoid this company at all costs. They are TERRIBLE!!!
