missed delivery and had to involve credit card company
East arkansas/memphis discount dumpster. Missed the delivery date by 4 days without contacting me and didnt respond to email and voicemail. finally offered to extend it another 4 days as compensation. Lost money and time sending people to jobsite. Ended up having to dispute with my credit card. Sales rep was pleasant and tried to be helpful
