"Fast shipping" not shipped after 15 days and no refund
I paid 22,30 euros for "fast shipping". However; they didn't ship the item until 15 days, after I dunned them up. They respond on their e-mails, but don't seem to understand how horrible service that is so no refund even though I didn't receive the service I paid extra for.
