Financial Institution that wont help people being frauded
Received a payment didnt go through request from Paybright with my friend/coworker as the "name on file". When I called Paybright to figure out what happened they said as you aren't the account holder we cant help you. Wouldn't confirm if the email address has his or my name in it (all of both of ours do), what they were attempting to charge, really any info. Getting stonewalled by a financial institution that may or may not be acting on my Credit Score or against my bank accounts is not ok
