Products are trash!!!
Products are trash! Bought a device that stopped working in no time and was sent a replacement. It ended up having the same issue. Contacted customer support and the device I have is discontinued. They want to replace it with a device that cost less than half of what my device cost. Representative was so rude and wouldn't let me talk. He kept saying I had already received a free device. How was it free it was a replacement to a broken one?!? I paid for a working device until I get a working device, regardless of how many pieces or crap they send it's not free. He was the rudest customer service representative I've ever talked to. His name was John. Please if you read this review save yourself money and time and buy a different brand. Geek vape is a scam of a company.
